KMC-3130, DF-625 Trouble

Just throwing this out there. I have a DF-625 Finisher giving an error code of C0BA0, "Elevate mechanism malfunctions." I have done the troubleshooting mentioned in the manual and thought it was the PCB. I thought wrong. My next step is going to be the Tray motor (up/down) even though the tray is lifting to the upper limit sensor. Any suggestions?

What kind of problem were you having b-4 this code, if any? Did anyone disassemble the cover on the exit side of finisher? If so, have you checked the sensor actuators to make sure they are not sticking? There's quite a few. Usually this problem occures when you turn on the copier without the exit tray attached to the finisher.
