A3 paper creased after print out from this model {kmc3232} .Tried to use all tray creased copy still happened but A4 is ok.Any setting to solve this problem.Any advise is appreaciated. TkYOU.

Check the kyocera tech website for the bulletin. Possibly faulty fuser unit, attach the tray heaters and turn on, adjust the motor speed and get good qualty paper but check kyocera website for fuser upgrade serial numbers before changing!
