you can adjust the tray(can you still? i remember 0 series is doable), look for the (+) without paper.

    Manual would explain this better.

Yes, the trays have a rotating cam that can help a little. Just loosen the (4) screws that attach the inner base to the outer cassette, then turn the cam a couple notches. When you get as much correction as you'd like (more often: as much correction as you can get), snug those (4) screws.

Also be sure that the loop adjustment for tray #3 is correct. If you have insufficient loop you may get a paper skew. If you have too much loop you'll get Z-folds in the vertical path, and hear a snapping sound as the next clutch takes up the excessive loop. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Any chance you're running Legal size out of tray 3? Try to swap the paper from 3 to 4 and put whatever is in tray 4 to tray 3. I seem to have issues when legal paper is in tray 3 and no amount of skew cam adjustment seems to help. Doesn't seem to affect LTR or LDR.

I think it has something to do with the white pinch roller spacing in the tray jam removal door. Legal paper will just barely fit in between the outside rollers. This sometimes also causes legal paper to be frayed at the trail edge from the side of the pinch rollers rubbing against it.

I've had reg roller fix skew like this. also will add when my problem first occurred it was only from tray 3 then eventually spread to all the other trays down the road.

Registration assembly did it for me. Simple replacement. It was worse out if tray 3 but still was slightly askew with registration issues out of all the other trays.
