The F24C code is part of the F24X codes in the manual, x = 0-9 and A thru F, unfortunately Kyocera does not tell you what the last integer/character in the code means in the service manual. F24X codes relate to the DIMM memory or just a bad print job as in F248. Most times cleaning the DIMM contacts and re-installing the DIMM board resolves the issue, in the case of repeated F248 codes we have found that someone is trying to print a malformed webpage. You could run U021 and re-initialized the memory to see if that helps.
