    Resolved! Setting the copier to low security first via system, login user 3500, pw 3500, exit, power off/on. Then send the prescribe command as above. Thanks for the step by step. Thank you all!

    I know this is an old thread but do you know the code to reset the Command Center RX for username and password? Your directions for the older models saved me before so thank you for that!

    Unfortunately I have already tried everything with my P7035cdn does not work.
    I can send commands to the printer. The commands for test pages work. But it does not respond to password reset commands.
