This seems to be intermittent. Thought I would see if anyone knows if jam code 0020 (does not reach eject sensor) is a known issue. Paper does not get to drum but is in reg roller. Firmware current. Nothing in bulletins.

was a fix found???? Having the same issue

What's the total counter on it? Usually above 500k registration actuator is shortened by paper and has to be replaced in order to trigger the sensor below.

The machine surpass 350k was at the customer for over 4 years. Going to send you event log
