    Question TA 3550ci image section repeat 6x or 7x

    Hi every one

    I have a Taskalfa 3550ci who when you copy from the glass, a section from the image repeat 6 or 7 times on the page (see attachment)
    The problem is intermittent
    I Updated the Firmware and replace the HDD
    Did someone ever see this problem ?

    Your example was not very clear...However, did you check/clean all the charge rollers? Also given that image is repeating, measure the distance between the marks and check the repetitive defect chart in the SM..

    Look at them again. It's not repeating a mark, it's repeating whole image sections again. It looks like some serious data processing issues.

    I had a Toshiba e Studio 306 do this ONCE. I have the samples. AFAIK it never happened again.

    Copy Quality ... if you can call it that.
