    What jam code? =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

the jam code appeared on screen was jam 0508 from the area eject section going to to duplex, sometimes was stuck on fuser unit possible the fuser lower roller is having problem or the sensor from the middle of eject upper section assembly...

A jam code of 0508 indicates that the paper is not reaching the registration sensor in the allotted time when in duplex. Since you say single sided copies are OK, I would suspect that the rollers in the switchback section have become glazed and are slipping causing the paper to not reach the registration sensor in time causing the code. I would not suspect the fuser unit as single sided copies do not cause a jam code and you do not get a code for the switchback sensor. Since the switchback sits right above the fuser, the "rubber" rollers are subjected to quite a bit of heat that can dry them out causing them to slip. Simply cleaning them [not with alcohol] in most cases will restore them. Hope this helps.
