1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

check visually fixing unit and let us know.
You have eco print enabled (you can see it on that status page), and that's why it's not so solid in the print itself. The reason your copies are so pale is that you need to clean optical section and bottom glass sides.

That looks better on the print, now just give the optical section some good cleaning 1st and than we can point you to some standard adjustments.
Sorry, i missed that info. When replacing ccd, you need 2 specific and not so cheap charts to do Color calibration of the scanner (U425) and Auto scanner adjustment (U411). One chart is for the DP (part number: 303LJ57010) and the other is for the platen glass (part number: 302FZ56990).
