Kyocera-M2535dn "Printing multiple copies is not allowed"

I have a customer that is attempting to print multiple duplex sets (10 sets) of a 20 page pdf file on win 10 computer it starts to print then comes up with this message:

"Printing multiple copies is not allowed"

This machine has 512 MB standard memory and 32 MB ram disk (which is enabled)

Side note this customer also has an 1135mfp with 256MB standard memory and 0B ram and it works fine

    customer is using WIN10

I have gone into the driver default settings and
    Unchecked collate
    Set the driver to PCL5
    Disabled advanced printing features

    None of this helped

Dissable ram disk in printer driver as well as on the panel of machine Button System menu/counter > Common settings > Ram disk mode (restart machnie is needed for apply change) and try printing if something will change.

You have mismatch on the ramdisk settings. It has to be set to on or off on both sides (the machine itself and the driver), otherwise you will get that message. Also, restart the machine after every ramdisk change.

Where do I find this for the Driver?

RAM Disk is set to ON and 32Mb within the machine.

    Cheers

Resolved thanks to Kyocera Customer Support:

    4. Go to Device Settings on the left
    5. Click on System
    6. Turn OFF, Ram Disk Mode
    7. Click on “Submit”
    8. Restart the printer
    9. Go to Windows 10 Settings
    10. Devices
