    Anymore if we have time we just replace these old style augers even if there's no sign of a CQ problem. prevents the inevitable future service call.

    We were getting this but was a yellow background. Check the developer and main charge bias settings. (Can't remember which maintenance mode.) Adjusted to "factory specs" and voila all was good again! Mind you this was after a full maintenance kit and HVU board replacement.
