Kyocera TASKalfa 4002i - waste bottle error
Have a new 4002i that keeps coming up with a waste bottle error stating the bottle is not inserted. It is inserted and when we reinsert it the message will go away for a few days and then come back. Anyone came across this yet. Thanks

There is a bulletin on how to calibrate the waste bottle. 2ND-0034 (H011) is the number.

There is also cut in serial number list with that bulletin. You might have to replace the waste unit.

We have several new 4002i machines stating that the toner door is open, or the bottle is not inserted. The Kyocera rep is coming out this week to take a look at them. I will let you know how it goes. Seems the U155 calibration does not fix it.
