    vi 400

    I know is very old machine but customer makes 10 to 20 copies per week and he doesn't want to buy a new one.
    Message add toner appears. I manually added toner with no result. It looks that toner motors are ok because Coaxial axis looks like it turns. Any idea? Also i think is time for service. Any idea how to fix it?

    Those machines still used Developer as carrier. The Developer in the machine is deteriorated and wont give you correct values.
    If you can still find Developer....replace it. Check the values in service manual to be changed/adjusted.
    The product may be brilliant and the salesperson proficient, but if the technician isnít efficient, then the story will end there.
