Kyocera 250ci - vertical color lines

I have the following problem with a Kyocera 250ci:
The machine is printing vertical lines at beginning and end of the pages.
With te option cleaning over the MF tray there are black stripes.

When opening I did discover that the rrasfer belt also has stripes and that there where fine stripes of sticky toner on the drums.
With cleaning the drums the problem was already gone for about 3 days.
My followng step is now ordering a new trasfer belt, but I wonder how where these stripes on the transfer belt can come from.
The machine has only 68879 printouts.

What I also would like to ask is someone has a link for the newest firmware for this machine.

Sounds like a transfer belt cleaning motor. Try to make a copy from the MP tray. If the MP tray rollers aren't turning the cleaning motor is bad. Both the cleaning system for the belt and the MP tray drive get drive from the same motor.

The motor is on the back side of the copier on the MP tray end. Easy to replace.

Hi, thank you for your input.
The motor at the MF drawer is turning, paper is going smoothly trough the machine.
But without printing and letting paper going trough the printer over the MF drawer there are black lines at beginning and end of the pages.

Can you attach samples please? =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

I suspect that there is either a piece of paper atop to primary transfer belt, or there is quite a large pile of toner on top of the developing units, specifically black. Whatever it is, something is disturbing the latent developed image on the primary transfer belt. Your task is to discover what it is.

Two colours doing the same thing.
First I'm leaning toward a sticky label residue on the I.T.B .
Might be a PCU(s) packed with hardened toner from little no or use for a period.

I have seen something like this. The filter was not pushed down properly on the top of the dev unit. It was hitting the belt.

If your drums and ITB look like this, you can clean your drums but you must replace the ITB and the ITB cleaning motor.

That's a known issue with those transfer belts. Aging causes the rubber to peel off and stick to the drum units. You need to replace the transfer belt and wipe drum units.
