    Utax 300ci

    morning all, we are giving the utax 300ci a try.there have been some questions about the poor toner yields,of which are not cheap.and out of 6 M/c we have 5 failed black drums with small scratches, they are all replaced under warranty and new firmware without a problem but it does make you wonder.Has anyone else had the same issues? By our calculations yields are about 8K per stick.

    Sounds like the firmware is not up to date. I think it should be ver 15 for the main

    No firmware is up to date and a special one to supposedly solve the drum fault,we will see.
