Is it a sharp cutoff or is it somewhat inconsistent. Also is it tray specific? what about large sizes, does it print a specific sized area on 11x17? These answers may provide the necessary data to help figure this out.
If you phrase your inquiry properly, you will get the answers you seek...

Good Luck ... You'll need it! HAHAHA!

It’s all sizes and on copies faxes and prints it’s a fade not a cut off and happens from all trays

I'm thinking that you did not run simulation U130, so the developing unit is filling verrrrry slllooooowwwly with the monocomponent toner. There is a simulation sheet in that maintenance kit that would have told you to do this.

Just a hint: If you want an opinion on a quality issue, maybe you should include an image? =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

That particular image sample doesn't tell me very much. try this:
