I would upgrade firmware next. If nothing changes, do U021 initialization. Keep in mind that will reset network settings, common settings, job accounting and will wipe the event log. That's not a bit deal since you can set it up again.

you may have a fax trying to print on paper size that's not in machine. Fax setting has reduce to size paper is turn off , turn it on
or wait and see what the error is machine and insert that size paper.
Don't know of any way to delete a fax received in memory.

you really haven't given us much to go on.
what type file are you trying to print?
what is the size of the file?
you say:
I cant ping machine ... have you tried looking at maybe an IP addy conflict?
what program are you using to print from.
not enuff info to go on.
if you can't ping that machine ... why change all those parts out?
OP originally said he couldn't copy and someone asked him to print a status page. He replied he can't print anything and the focus since that comment has been on printing.
OP says it doesn't have a network cable or fax and he's trying to copy. He hasn't mentioned ping and it seems he's not connected to a network or trying to print (based on his comments so far).
"Preparing to print" comes up at the bottom of the panel while the machine is warming up and getting ready for use.
Maybe the fuser isn't reaching "ready" temp, but isn't low temp enough to fault out. Fusers have given me issues in the past without a fault code being generated.
have you tried running 906?
It does sound like a IP conflict
i had a similar issue. turned out to be the main charger not seated correctly.
Have you tried unplugging the fuser in order to generate an error...Perhaps the box is in a loop and when resetting the error may clear this or provide a clue .
