Print a A3 report from user menu (open any other A4 trays) and stop the sheet half way through the engine.Part of A3 just about fuser and the rest below drum and you'll see where the issue is coming from.

I suspect drum, but thats me.

I vote for the DV unit...We could stop the guessing by simply measuring the distance between the repeating dark bands and checking the repetitive defect guide.

check and re-install the charge roller. clean debris from charge roller cleaning brush.
check and re-install the drum, inspect drum grounding contact. apply conductive grease to the drum rod pointy-end.
reset developer bias to default values?
    Those are my first guesses.

There might be helpful information in the distance between repetitive marks on the page(mm)

Dev and MC been replaced as per poster of the problem. Question is whether the parts were new and what calibrations have been processed and whether the toner is OEM is another question.
    Let's wait and see.

Sorry my bad...The Dv roller needs to be checked to verify if the DV is new...The Dv must have it's full black coating...Also excellent point about the toner...

But then checking the repetitive defect guide would point to the offending unit.

I'm with sparkycivic on this one. If the interval is 37.5mm it's primary charge. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
