Copystar CS65501 gets stuck in processing

When making copies, will run a set of 20 or so just fine, feed in another set of 20 and it will get through a few copies and then sit and drive for a long time, with the display saying "processing". Sometimes after several minutes it will then go into a jam, since it started to feed paper. Other times it will stay in "processing" for an hour or more until you shut it off and back on. Firmware is up-to-date but I am going to reflash it anyway. Couldn't find any bulletins pertaining to this. Ideas??

Fuser unit. I tried adjusting fuser temps on the machine I had this problem with but in the end just replaced the fuser to resolve.

Fuser is the easiest to try. After that, I've had a couple of them run really slow until I replaced the HDD. I don't recall them showing a jam code though.
    Hope that helps !

I think it's basically waiting for the fused to get to correct temp, that's why it sits and then jams because fuser not reaching temp, it might be engine pcb, maybe try IH unit first
