Kyocera 6002 Jamming in Finsiher 6001 Code

I have a 6002 with a 1000 sheet finisher that is giving me a 6001 Jam Code, It jams when the first sheet is halfway out the exit of the finisher tray.

I had a 3051Ci doing this recently. Only when sending a print job while in sleep mode.

Turns out the low voltage power supply had been replaced about a month before the problem started ( got called in after the customer started getting annoyed by an infrequent jam).

When the board was changed the connector for "Wake from Sleep" wasn't plugged back into the board. YC something or other. Small connector along the top of the board, 3 pins I think.

As long as the copier wasn't in sleep mode everything was fine. But print jobs can be initiated while in sleep mode and that's when we would get the 6001 jams.
