Yes I have. I realized it was prompting me to put the empty black in the waste toner door. If you're not aware, empty black toners are repurposed as waste bottles. I don't know why the machine was insisting I do this or why is was worded so poorly but it worked when I did it.

sorry I didn't see about CYAN. but ill keep my post up in case it helps someone else
Just a suggestion, maybe the main cover open is the issue and not the toner, we have had the waste toner door sensor fail causing it to show waste toner bottle error and check main cover.
