Also, you can try a 930, this is Checking/clear MC count. I once has a TA3550ci that I was getting a cyan background. Did a 930 and cleared the problem.
Saw this one time where Tech had a bent lead in one of the connectors, not sure if it was drum or hv. board

when replacing drum kits and dev unit just make sure to run the following U119, U930 to zero, U410, U412 and U464 to ensure a good image. U140 for dev units also.
I already posted the results. It was the dev unit. Before we took this customer their last dealer supplied genetic toner.
