Kyocera M3550idn
Brand new machine, 500 copies
Keep getting J9200 and 9210 adf
Weird thing I get 9200 when scanning to email and 9210 when making copies.
Blew out sensors and checked actuators, 2nd call about this issue. Any thoughts??
Boss wanted me on to next call so not alot of time to trouble shoot!

Re: Kyocera M3550idn
I have seen this with these little machines. Take the adf off and you will see that one or both hinges are broke. You cannot really tell until you take the feeder off.

Re: Kyocera M3550idn
Follow up call today
Found actuator sticking, cleaned, lubed and added extra tension on the spring.
Ran 100 documents, time will tell if it fixed it!
