I visited the copier this afternoon and took with me replacement actuator arm, motor and cyan developer. The arm and motor slide the shutter over the Id sensors. The actuator arm had a broken tab that moves because it slides in the gear driven by the motor. I replaced those parts and noticed that the housing was loose as well. (I ordered the housing, but I taped it for the time being. ) I did a calibration and all the colors came back to life. I did not install the developer unit. So I'm pretty sure we can call this case closed. Thank you all for your help.
Congratulations on your success. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
