    Kyocera TASKalfa 5551ci - firmware 6.02A to v7.00

I was going to upgrade the 5551ci to the new firmware v7.00. Saw the message "
Select a firmware package. One or more of the selected devices have custom firmware installed, so only custom packages are displayed here."
    If I click on the
"Show other types of packages " it list a v7.00 which is not visible before.

Question is, Is it safe to upgrade when it does not show up and you have to click for other types of packages? First time I have run across this.

    Thanks

when installing a new version of firmware you can only have one version on the thumbdrive while installing to said copier. or at least that has been my past experience. and if its asking for custom makes me wonder if there is a custom type of software installed? that it might need some kind of speciality firmware perhaps?
