I forgot to post this.
I was able to fix my J-61 Duplex jam problem when feeding from a LCC Only.
What I did, was to take the springs that put pressure on the Nylon rollers that contact the gray rubber rollers on the Duplex section. I stretched the springs about 2mm, and that took care of the problem. Been running fine for about six months.

replace both clutches in the vertical feed unit part# 302gr44120. both clutches are the same.
this will fix j-60,61,and62s when duplexing from the pf-750.
apparently these clutche get week and slip slightly throwing off the paper timing.
i have fixed at least five machines with this problem.
I, too, have had to replace these clutches. Actually there ate three of them, all identical. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Really i do not know why wasting time for repair just change the wiring connection for Duplex to solve your problem.
