    Kyocera M6526cdn color quality issues

I'm having a color quality issues with a Kyocera M6526. I was sent out to a client that has color quality issues, it prints fine in black and white but when you print in color, it prints like the attached image in color only. In the field I made sure wall voltage and ground were good, checked surge box, MFP only has a total of 45k on it, I visually inspected all the drum and developing units, made sure all contacts and connectors are good in the transfer belt, drum and developing units.
Also,I have performed registration firmware update to try to correct the issue, I visually inspected laser units and transfer belt, but this issue persists. The client sayswas making color prints when the problem happened. Anyone have this issue on these MFP's?Kyocera M6526cdn.pdf

P.S. the white spots where the black toner bands are on the attached image are from it not fusing to the paper.

I installed a new transfer belt unit and it seems to have resolved the issue.

One of your color drums is arcing to the mag roller, temporarily knocking out the HVT. When you determine which color, replace both the drum and developing unit of that color.

How do you determine the color? Closely examine your sample copies. The HVT is not knocked offline every time, so occasionally you'll see a lone tapered color bar that doesn't have the other colors following. I'm thinking yellow.

Don't worry about the fusing just yet. Ordinarily the machine is smart enough to lay down no more than ... say 250% toner fill in any one area. 400% toner fill just can't fuse properly. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
