black drum/charger? black dv?
try swap drum/charger to another color position
looks like it could be charge roller in drum of maybe pick pawl has gouged the fuser roller.
Have you tried another transfer belt?
try stopping the paper in mid cycle and you can see what device is causing the problem
It's still something black. Take a look at the drum ground or other charge contacts. You can apply conductive grease to the drum ground.
Do you have side voids where the bar crosses the page? The scanner creates voids even when there aren't any. If the the bar crosses the side voids it's charge related. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
