    TaskAlpha 2551ci & 2550ci fuser

Quick question, will the 2551 fuser fit a 2550 please?

No matter what after market sellers may say, NO.
    TA-2550ci Fuser Unit , FK-8315
    TA-2551ci Fuser Unit , FK-8325

They do have some differences and the generic units kinda sorta work in multiple models but the OEM units are not interchangeable.

That's too bad, it was nice that the 255 and 8525 could both work with the same fk-896.

    Clearly this is false. The KM-255C, KM-2550ci, KM-2551ci, FS-8525MFP are all Hanabi's. The KM-3051ci, KM-3551ci, KM-4551ci, and the KM-5551ci are all Alphard II's. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

The FK-8506 IH units are a common item across the Hanabi and Alphard range. The fuser units themselves are different. They are mostly identical from the 2550 to 2551 apart from the board/plug. Put the wrong one in and you will get an error. Likely you can swap the boards and wiring over if desperate.
