KM8030 with Booklet Finisher

I have a strange fault on the booklet finisher, when doing multi page A3 booklets all is ok, but when they do a run of single sheet A3 and want them folded the fold will vary by 10cm each way...........this only happens when doing single sheets, im going back tomorrow i ran out of time.
If anyone has any ideas do tell............

There are some one way gears (4 in all I think) that will need cleaned or replaced on the finisher. Some of them are kinda buried in the back so pack a lunch.
