Yes Mono if it was color it would be a ci
Does the dv unit usually go the 600k as stated?
Thanks for the info. We are considering the Kyocera line but concerned about the cost of toner and consumables.

Cost of toner and consumables??? I have played with Canon, Sharp and Ricoh and IMO Kyocera has the best, bumper to bumper warranty even
The last monocomponent Kyocera MFP's were the FalconIII (KM-3050, 4050, 5050, 420i, 520i), and the HarrierI and II (KM-6030, 8030, 620i, 820i). There are still a few monochrome tabletop printers and MFPs based on the 4100, 4200, 4300 printers.
Monocomponent developing was miraculous back in the day when 20K was the typical developer life. Now that developer lasts up to 1M prints, it's not that big a deal. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
