I believe all the copiers are dual component now, the specs in the service manual will say if it is mono or dual

The manual says "Touch down developing system,Developer: 2-component" but when I look at the mag roller it does not appear to have a brush like a ricoh. It looks more like a canon would look.

    Touch down is dual componet
dv unit have both sleeve and mag roller
    mag roller - dual componet
sleeve roller- only toner on it
no generally will not get 600k

Thanks for the info. We are considering the Kyocera line but concerned about the cost of toner and consumables.

They almost always go 600K for us. I use the word "almost" reluctantly because I can't really remember ever having to replace one outside of the maintenance kit.

Now fusers rarely ever go a full 6ook.

Cost of toner and consumables??? I have played with Canon, Sharp and Ricoh and IMO Kyocera has the best, bumper to bumper warranty even

The last monocomponent Kyocera MFP's were the FalconIII (KM-3050, 4050, 5050, 420i, 520i), and the HarrierI and II (KM-6030, 8030, 620i, 820i). There are still a few monochrome tabletop printers and MFPs based on the 4100, 4200, 4300 printers.

Monocomponent developing was miraculous back in the day when 20K was the typical developer life. Now that developer lasts up to 1M prints, it's not that big a deal. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
