DP 770 parts breakage

Hello all, Have customer with Cs 4501i with a DP770 on it. They seem to be the only customer that has broken (303LL07140 Holder LF) in the doc feeder. About 5 times now. The tab that holds it up in place breaks off and then you get J 9200 and think it was J9600s. That part triggers the upper lift senor. Have not been able to see a cause for this yet. Anyone have this problem?

We have had that a few times. I have no idea why.

A couple times... but one was at a prison twice.... see a pattern???
