Developer unit not installed

Hello fellow technicians, I have a M2535dn giving an error message "Developer Unit not installed". Changed empty sensor kit, no success, changed main pwb board, no success. Last we got the RFID assy. Still same message. we also changed developer units. Same result, any enlightenment and advice will be greatly appreciated. Thank you all in advance.

Have you tried a different toner cartridge? No toner cartridge or sometimes generic cartridges can give this message.

make sure u have the correct dv unit
