Assuming you have followed Kyocera's recommendations if it is a VIOP, have you tried going into U660 and changing PSTN to PBX?

not sure what a viop is or what the recommendations are. I have been in contact with tec support from Kyosera and have slowed down tx speed to no avail. I can try the pbx switch I will try anything at this point........Thanks

Sound odd check adf is set for sound like single mode should be multi pages also check default settings. You can do a reset on fax is 600 something should everthing back to factory settings.

Well today I went out and in the user menu. I checked the bulk fax mode and it was on. However a I turned off the tti in the user menu and it reads the fax job at once. Not sure what the hell tti is but that fixed the issue....................??????????

TTI is just shorthand for Transmit Terminal Identifier, that is the information that is at the top of every page the unit sends. It is required in most countries. Actually turning off the bulk fax mode is what solved your situation as it collects fax transmissions to send in bulk as opposed to individual jobs.

In MM, Try turning ECM off too, v.34 needs to be on or off (don’t quite remember which, but play around with it). Might help in combination with messing around with reception speed.
