    Ecosys M6535 damaging Cyan drum

I have a M6535 in a restaurant office off the kitchen. It is a high volume machine and has been serviced several times. Recently, we began to notice machine dropping cyan toner and when I investigated, found that the cyan drum surface had bubbled and peeled off of core. This has happened 2 more times since and I am headed back today for similar problems. We have several of the Kyocera machines out in use and this is the only one causing these problems. Should not have to replace drums this often. Anyone have a clue? Thanks in advance for any ideas that are shared.

Re: Ecosys M6535 damaging Cyan drum

i would look at the specs for environment and see if the machine has any issues with that like cleaning solution fumes, greasy fumes, ect, ect. Also is it only the cyan drum or are the other drums showing signs of this??
