On an enterprise size network IT may have network locked down an may not give out an ipaddress. The copier will try to pull a dhcp address and will time out. I had many fortune 500 companies locking there networks.

Network related problem... connect the machine in another point or another floor in the same network..Some time the network switch also doing this Job...Connect your old TA-3051ci and assign the same IP address.. if any print driver related issue TA-3051ci will not work..if it is working ok,then you have to break your Head...
