I have a couple of similar issues with the black and white 35,45,5500 series. Replacing the main
board fixed my issue

Still on it, thanks a lot scottb,replacing of the main board fixed my issue actually. But what can we do to stop this very serious problem because almost ten(10) of this copiers packed just because of this particular problem. I am pleasing everyone in this forum to help us if knows. Your contribution will be highly appreciate

replace the MAIN PWB. I believe there is a bulletin for that too.
