Allready search in Forum and everybody says that its the MAIN BOARD ...
Can anyone send me by PM the Bulletin Technique about that ? (I heard in forum) and I have all firmwares but no Bulletin Techniques ...

I don't know what this "Bulletin Technique" is. Are you asking how to load firmware? How to back up user data? =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

If I remember right. There was a problem with the main boards on the machines when they first came out, they came out with an updated board to prevent the blank screen from happening. There is probably a bulletin on this.

You may have a loose connector. See step 14 in the attachment. The wide FFC cable can come loose from shock and cause this symptom. Be careful with the lock on the connector

Did you attempt to load firmware after installing the op panel? I didn't think this needed saying, but you must re-load firmware when installing any Kyocera circuit board. It's a sure way to create a firmware level conflict when you install a board with a different level of firmware. =^..^=
