There's a bulletin. I'll see if I can find it.
You can look too. =^..^=
Apparently the FS-6025MFP is not sold in my area, but this is the bulletin for another Matsuri. Obviously the part number won't be the same.

If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Hey, I just had a thought. Did you maybe accidentally 1/2 lock the scanner so that it can't reach the slit glass anymore? It's easy to do, just moving the machine around. =^..^=

If you have already changed the Power supply, you'd be pretty safe trying each one (NOT BOTH AT THE SAME TIME) and remember the dimm / eeprom, In the colour machines it was usually the Main pcb from memory.
Also make sure you have the latest firmware at the end, as they did make changes to the power settings to "try" and stop this from happening.
Please check the scanner ribbon wire as well..
Congratulations on your success. =^..^=

i had the similar machine (fs-c8520MFP) do exactly this, turned out to be the EEPROM. Had to order new eeprom from Kyo for that machine.
Keep this in-mind when all else fails... try an eeprom/from working unit to test
