    Developer units DV-8309’s

    Does anyone know why this happens on the dv-8309 developer units

    Do you mean DV-8305?
    The rollers that set the gap to the drum wear on the shaft.
    Only fix is dev replacement.

    Yes sorry dv-8305's, I'm assuming kyo released an updated/improved dev unit

    I've read the bulletin on that and, yes, it's the developer spacers. If you look at an old style unit you'll see that the spacers are solid plastic. On the newer units they use the spacers with bearings from the faster Alphard's. =^..^=
    If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

    That explains why I don’t see these type of image faults on high speed alphards.
