TaskAlpha 4551ci with fiery

Have a customer that has a 4551ci with a fiery box. When they try and print something and tell it on the finish tab to output to the B tray, when it comes out it is prints to the A tray. Same thing when trying to print to the C tray, it comes out on the A tray. I have confirmed that the finisher is working properly, cause when I select just the copier and try to so a test print I can have it out put to any tray I want. And yes the options are set up for the fiery that it know the finisher and extra paper pedestal is there.

They just installed a Windows 10 computer and we loaded the drivers and fiery software. Everything else works OK?

Make sure "Offset" isn't set in the driver. That's one thing that'll cause this.

It isn't set. Will the Fiery work properly with Windows 10? I don't see a drive for it for windows 10.
