TA 4551ci with firey not outputting to tray B or C on 4000 sheet finisher

Have a customer that has a TaskAlpha 4551ci with a fiery. When using the fiery to print and trying to select Tray B or C for output on the 4000 sheet finisher it will always come out to the A Tray. Have tried it printing from just the copier/printer 4551ci and selecting B or C and it goes to the correct tray so I know that that part of the finisher is working. Have looked at every setting on the finishing setting and checked and unchecked and tried every setting and it always go the A Tray. Firmware is up to date. Need help.

Since this happens only when printing using the fiery controller have you checked those settings? Any defaults set on the machine will be overridden by the print driver settings when printing.
