More info please, we've all seen similar defects before but what are we looking at? is it a print issue or a defect with the scan? what have you tried doing already? how often does it happen?

Scans Ok. Its a print issue. All A3 prints affected. A4 only trailing 1.5inch slightly affected.

I've seen this issue caused by a drum drive problem before. But not on this series.

Problem Identified. Found a broken left door locking tab. Transfer roller not pressing well against the drum to drive paper through.
