Copystar 3500i Job accounting management won't work with a Mac System

This customer want to count all copies with each lawyer they have in there office. The computer tech working on this says that he cannot get a mac system to ask for a passcode. Windows 10 works fine. The drivers are on the server. The machine is set to local. Maby this makes a difference. Is there a work around for this. Thanks for any help !!

I don’t have a ton of experience with Macs but I think that they don’t use pop ups for account codes. You will embed the code in the driver either through creating a preset or through cups. You’ll want to verify that they’re using the proper driver and not a generic postscript or air print driver.

Exactly ... what he said. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

You won't be able to get to the code entry until you have a document up to be printed. You will have to set a code there and either save as a preset or change each print job.
