    C8525 dropping dev. Grit everywhere.

Hi. I have around 200k on an c8525. Customer called complaining of gritty copies. Seems that developer is dropping out of one of the units or units. I'm pretty sure it's the k one but all the units looked clean. Color copies and black look really good. Transfer roller was full of dev. And I vacuumed everything out even the first feed unit. Was jamming also because dev was everywhere causing things to slip. Units look good with no developer hanging from them even k on arrival.. Any ideas would be appreciated. Thank you! Confused.

    life on DRUMS?

what are the bias settings? ( poor or over bias can cause dumping )

LOOKS GOOD doesn't mean they ARE good.
