Download and run this on your workstation.

It puts a Scans folder in the C drive. The rest is done.
Next...
Create an address book entry under FTP for the PCs name (if DNS operational) or reserved IP address. User name is Scans. Password is scans (lower case)
Apply.
To check, open FileZilla and at the address book click Test.
You will see the negotiations.
If its all good, at the address book it will say the connection is ok.
