You can do u201 to reset the touch screen and then do the u163 to reset the fixing unit error.Originally Posted by KHAN
On u201 touch the 3 plus marks to adjust touch screen. Use some alcohol or windex to clean the screen also.

Then you'll have to fix the touch screen before you reset the fuser error.
I had this exact same situation on a bizhub 350. Enduser needed a System Error Clear, but the panel was kaput. I told them the same thing. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

You could have debris pressing down on the screen. Clean all 4 edges with a thin card from your wallet. Clean it out good and deep.
When you touch the screen buttons do they do anything, like press A4 and shows Zoom, or does nothing at all?
Clean the plastic covering the screen, the corners as someone posted.
If nothing else, order a new touch screen glass from the web, and change it. Shouldn't take more than 10 minutes.

did you EVEN try the touchscreen reset calibration process as described? you have to fix touchscreen issue before proceeding
Thanks friends i did all these tips , i replace an other complete panel RESET THE ERROR and fix the old PANEL again with the same copier,BANG
