Kyocera M2535dn Notification Report

Just started refurbishing and selling these desktops. Having a problem setting up the notification email report.
Never had an issue configuring the 1135 series but cannot get the 2535 to send the meter.
I do receive an email from the copier, however there is no meter or event report info included just a heading stating
"this message has no content". Thought I had all the boxes checked...what am I missing??

Make sure you have set a subject and a signature.

No idea about your error, but IMHO this particular model is about the worst product Kyocera has made in the last ten years. Hope you have a better time with them than I have.
