After installing a maintenance kit, I went into workflow (U952) & performed all adjustments without incident until U412. After scanning the density print (with 20 sheets over top), I got S001. I went back & performed U464 again, got the same result, went back & cleaned the front & rear ID sensors but get the same result. Has anyone else experienced this? Thanks.
Make sure the optical section is clean.
Make sure your paper is in the tray straight and all print alignment has been done. Lead edge, trailing edge, centering .... etc.

tap the lid button and observe the lamp... foggy glass?
remove glass and use cellphone lamp near CCD, look down at carriage: is phone lamp clear?
